Introduction
Welcome to IndoorEdit, an indoor map editing software application (the "App") available on the Apple App Store®. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the App and the services provided through it. By downloading, installing, and using the App, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the App
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal and commercial use.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software and other contents bundled with the software, as well as all supporting documentations, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership or rights in the App or its intellectual property by using the App.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
Distribute or publish copies or modified copies of the App without our consent, or through channels that would violate the intellectual property and copyright laws the App is bounded to.
Modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer the App, its bundled contents, and its underlying technologies.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and any files, data, or outputs generated through its use (“Generated Content”) are provided "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, any warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that any Generated Content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your intended use. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any Generated Content prior to its use.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we, our officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the App or its services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of or related to your use of, or reliance on, the App or any Generated Content, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation of liability applies to any claims arising from or related to products, services, or other materials that incorporate, constitute, rely on, or are derived from the Generated Content.
Privacy
The App may collect anonymous usage data and statistics to improve its performance and functionality. For more details refer to the App’s Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the App after changes are made will be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may terminate these Terms by halting the use of the App, as well as halt the use and distribution of any files and data generated from the App.
Third-Party Licenses
The App provides functionalities that may make use of third-party software, services, and content that are bound by their respective licenses and agreements. Use of the App is granted on your agreements to all licenses and agreements of third-party components.
Apple Maps®
The App makes use of functionalities and services provided by Apple Maps®. Use of the App is bounded by agreement to the Apple Maps Terms of Use.
Indoor Mapping Data Format
The App makes use of the Indoor Mapping Data Format specification. Use of the App is bounded by agreement to the license(s) of Indoor Mapping Data Format.
OpenStreetMap
The App makes use of functionalities and services provided by OpenStreetMap. Use of the App is bounded by agreement to the license(s) of OpenStreetMap.
App Store®, and Apple Maps® are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
Open Source Software Licenses
The App makes available to Users the list of licenses bounded to all the open source software used by the App. Use of the App is granted on your agreements to their respective licenses and agreements.
